London-Scotland Trip

I just came back London-Scotland Trip.Actually, I have come back for 2 days but I still feel very tired.Yes! super duper tired!Lots of things happened through out the trip...Luckiness and unluckiness.

Unluckiness:

1. Dan,the main organizer of the trip,got stuck in Paris due to breakdown of Euro Star-cant join us to Scotland.
2. Waited for Easy Bus at the bus stop for at least 1 hr under super cold weather.(snow-ing n sleet-ing)
3. The moment we stepped into the bus only MRen realized that he n xy didnt bring passport
4. Our flight delayed due to bad weather condition
5. Train from Westerton to Queen St delayed for n times,freeze for half an hour
6. Highlands trip canceled due to the roads blocked by the snow
7. Fell down due to slippery of the road
8. Camera memory card being left in Ik Hur's hse
9. Dudu they all went to the wrong airport and missed their flight

Luckiness:

1. Dudu took over Dan's job as the tourist guide and has done a very good job
2. At last, the bus came and we managed to reach London Stansted in time
3. MRen n xy able to got their passport and check in before closing of the gate
   
4. Our flight reached safely at Glasgow Prestwick airport and able to caught a train to city central of Glasgow
5. At last, the train came and we able to reach Queen St station safely
6. Ik Hur and her friend brought us to visit the city central of Edinburgh,more days allocated for Edinburgh city tour so we no need to rush from one place to another.
7. No injuries except that the bowl I carried from our dome to Ik Hur's house broken into pieces
8. Ik Hur will post it to me(so this will be a long long post without photos)
9. Finally, Dudu they all able to get themselves the bus ticket and go back to London

Lots of bad things and unluckiness happened through out the trip but everything turns out to be good. =)

We took 2 hours to cook,one n half hour to eat and half an hour to wash the dishes!

It was SNOW-ing in Manchester today.Yes, today,17/12/09.This was the first time I saw the real snow.It is white and soft,cool and cold.When I heard that there were snowing outside,honestly,I was not excited at all!Ok, may be I felt a bit happy when I saw the roof and path all covered by the snow.But then still...I did not "jump" into the excited state when I first saw it.May be I prefer autumn rather than winter?May be I am a bit slack in expressing my feeling?When I received my SPM results slip last time, I also did not feel excited at all...After a week, only I feel excited!Weird? I also wondering why am I so 后知后觉?



I wonder when only I will feel excited.

Ho Ho Ho...

Ho Ho Ho...Merry Christmas!!13 days to Christmas~I will be spending my first Christmas in UK at Scotland.Anyway, I went to Christmas Market yesterday and this was what I have tried out...

German Sausages!!!
It was so tasty despite of its price.(4.50 pounds each)

We have been thinking of trying it since the first time we went there.Finally,after a series of long thinking and discussing,we decided to try it out!!The one I ordered was Bratwurst."Bratwurst" is in Germany, derived from Old High German brätwurst, from brät-, which is finely chopped meat and -wurst, or sausage.(taken from Wikipedia)

I should not describe how tasty it was as your room will be flooding(full of saliva) after you read it!lol.

Christmas Present~

I have been waiting its arrival since 14th of Oct!!
Finally...it reached safely today!(my 6th sense told me that I will be receiving it today n it proved that I am right)
I received a call from the postman at 10.30am(usually at this time I will still lay on my bed but today I woke up at 9.30am!!)Another indication that I will be receiving my Christmas present.Hehe...

We will be having AL presentation tomorrow.(hope that we are managed to do it tomorrow.Really dont want to procrastinate it till next week)Other than that, I will be having exam for AL as well as mock exam for phy. pharmacy next week.After that, I will be having my one month Christmas break^^

Haiz..the AL exam takes 30% of my Jan exam and the mock exam takes 0% of my Jan exam!This means that the mock exam is not going to affect my Jan exam results at all!!!Thus, I have NO motivation to study!

How??I am really not in the mood of studying...

I just found out that I can listen to My fm and One fm live throught their online radio!It is so good!!It makes me feel that I am in Malaysia, I am updating myself with news in Malaysia,the latest songs and albums...I love it! ^^

7 of us who departed on the same day,took the same flight,had the same MAS meals,finally can cook together tonight!Yeah.WH and Aileen who are staying in GP and Dalton Ellis will come to join us as well!!Can you imagine 7 of us are going to squeeze in a small kitchen??
The menu for tonight:
1.Fried mixed vege
2.Chicken soup
3.Fried egg+dong cai
4.Potatoes cooked with soy sauce
5.Chicken cooked with turmeric powder
6."Tang Yuan" in lemonade(another new attempt!)

ps:Hope that we didnt cause too much noise and disturbing my flatmates.^^

New Attempt

Finally and eventually, I have tried Scotch egg which I have never seen it before in Msia.
It is actually a hard boiled egg coated with breadcrums.U will love it if u like to eat egg!!^^

Busy week....

It will be a busy week for me as I will be having an individual presentation and core tutorial works on Monday, Org. Chemistry test and lab work on Tuesday.This means that I have to complete the write up sheet after it.Oh ya..in between the test and the lab work, I have an hour Small Group Teaching(SGT), so I will have only 1 and half hrs to rush back my hostel to have a quick lunch and rush back to my sch again..oh my...HECTIC! This is not yet ending...I will have a pair presentation(yeah, instead of group presentation, we have a pair presentation) on an article from a journal which is regarding pharmacy.The title is too "flexible" till I really have no idea on what to present...so till now, I haven't started on it!Then,I will off to York which is an interesting place to visit as my friend told me that the place is beautiful and I will definitely take lots of photos..I hope I can prove it right..This again means that I have no time to spend on my study and homework on this coming weekend and I have to complete my pro-forma questions of the physical pharmacy lab work before this trip!!!

Tripssssssss

For your information, I will be having Christmas break starts from 19th Dec to 16th Jan.Almost one month break.What should I do except for preparing the Jan exam which starts on 18th Jan?Traveling should be another option for me!So,here come my trips to London and Scotland!
We have been planning it since last last week as we can have cheaper bus ticket if we buy it in advanced.(but we haven't buy it till now =P)We have a 4 hours(approx) conference yesterday with people from London,Bath,Manchester,Edinburgh and Ireland discussing the transport, schedule in Edinburgh etc.

The results of the discussion:
1.We are going to buy the flight,bus and train ticket tonight.
2.London trip-19th to 22nd
3.Scotland trip-22nd to 26th
4.YL will fly to London to meet up with us instead of Manchester.
5.Dan will call to Scotland to ask for the details of the Highlands one day trip.

Yeah at least it comes out somethings!=)
(Btw,I will follow my hall trip to York on 5th Dec)

Meteor Shower~

Yeah.It is Meteor Shower not Meteor Garden! =p
From a link my friend sent it yesterday, i found out about this Leonids Meteor Shower.

"Every year, on November 17th and 18th, the Earth passed close to the trails of cometry debris from Comet Temple-Tuttle which produce the annual Leonid Meteor shower. The wonderful image shows one of the 2001 Leonids burning up in the atmosphere as it crossed the constellation of Orion. The really good thing this year is that this corresponds to New Moon, so there will be no moonlight to hide the fainter meteors! The dust particles that are swept up by the Earth are released as Comet Temple-Tuttle rounds the Sun every 33 years. As implied by the name, the radiant of the shower - from where the meteors appear to radiate from - lies within the head or Sickel of the constellation Leo the Lion. The peak activity is expected to be around 21:50 on the night of the 17th when the rate might easily exceed 100 metors per hour. If clear this is really well worth looking out for!"

and I am going to watch it tonight!!!!This will be the first time I watch Meteor.^^
I really hope that the sky today will not be too cloudy or foggy~Please pray for me.(Don't disappoint me.Plz my dear blue sky~)
I will be going to Platts Field Park, Fallowfield to watch it, to make a wish, n to take as many photos as I can!(hopefully I can watch it)

I will upload photos of the meteor shower if I manage to watch it.

刚刚去了广场
看了我在曼城的第一场烟火
人潮拥挤

彩虹

今天的曼城，
特别的冷。

上完化学实验课，
摄氏十点八度的下午。
雨水，

一道彩虹

有点阴暗的天空。

诺丁汉之约

10月31号的约定
几乎全部人都赴约了
